Reporting abuse and complaints

If you wish to raise a complaint about abuse you have received (for example phishing scams, spam emails etc), please contact us as above with as much detail about the abuse. We will investigate your complaint as soon as possible.

If you wish to make a complaint about a service you have received, please contact us as above including as much detail from the issue as possible. We will acknowledge your complaint within one business day and aim to resolve any issues within three business days.

Renewing and transferring domain names 

As we have few remaining customers we will automatically renew or transfer your domain at no cost. It is your (the registrant) responsibility to make sure contact details are up to date. We take no responsibility if your domain renewal fails due to your contact details being incorrect. 

If you do not wish to renew a domain please contact us and let us know.

All domains will be auto renewed 30 days in advance of the domain name expiring.

Expiring domain names

If you ask us to allow your domain to expire, after 30 days your domain will be suspended and will go into a 90 day grace period. During this you can still renew your domain name at our cost. After 90 days your domain will be cancelled and deleted from the register and made available for resale through a third party registrar.

In renewing this domain(s) you are agreeing to the registrars and the registries terms and conditions. As Registrar our terms and conditions for domains are as above.
